Rulie is the friendship pairing between Reggie Peters and Julie Molina. They are both members of Julie and the Phantoms. They are portrayed by Jeremy Shada and Madison Reyes. The pairing is also called Jeggie, Ruggie, and Jelie.
History[]
In Wake Up after Julie had a really bad day at school that day after school she goes into her mom's old studio where she finds a Sunset Curve CD that she found with her mom's old stuff. She puts the CD in the CD Player then out of nowhere three boys Alex, Luke, and Reggie from a band called Sunset Curve randomly appears out of thin air. It turns out the three boys are Ghosts that have been dead for 25 years. Julie finds the boys very annoying and tries to kick them out her house. In the end Julie ended up changing her mind and let the boys stay in her mom's old studio.
